Rail traffic has resumed on one track on the section of the Budapest–Debrecen–Nyíregyháza–Záhony railway line between Hajdúhadház and Újfehértó, with a speed limit of 60 km/h.
However, most of the work is still to be done. The work expected to last several weeks is now starting on the other track: in total, about 3,600 meters of rails and 4,500 pieces of ferro concrete floor have to be replaced
